For your convenience, we offer a few other different methods for scheduling clients.
First, you may call our office at 888-290-4270 during business hours and ask for scheduling.
Last, you may send an email message to
scheduling@hourtransportation.com with all of the information that is requested in our scheduling forms.
Please keep in mind that we normally require at least 24 hours advance notice during business hours for scheduling, and schedule requests by email should be sent with at least 48 hour advance notice during business hours.
We are, however, known for our ability to come through for our customers when they are in a bind. We often can work in same day appointments for new or established clients. If you're in a bind with an appointment that you weren't expecting, give us a call! We'll do everything we can to work it in.
We use a state of the art, customized computer database in our scheduling. Appointments may be scheduled as far in advance as necessary.
